Dear friends,

This year, it is the seventeenth time our country organizes the All-Russian Congress, dedicated to the most relevant issues of sports, diet and preventive and medical nutrition. All of us (as traditionally the Congress is attended not only by experts in the field of nutrition, dietitians and nutritionists, but also food makers, government representatives) extremely need the kind of meetings where it is possible to cooperate on finding ways to solve the problems of the population's health improvement, raising the quality of life of Russians.
Currently, it is necessary to develop a wide multilevel interaction in the field of early diagnosis, prevention, rehabilitation and treatment of a whole range of diseases.
Moreover, to keep the Russian citizens healthy and increase their quality of life, we need to create and start manufacturing food products with reduced saturated fats, sugar and salt
